From requirements analysis to commissioning at your site
It all starts with understanding your process. In the requirements analysis, we define your goals together: cycle time, accuracy, degree of automation, operating concept. From this, our design engineers develop a machine concept in 3D CAD that we coordinate with you before manufacturing begins.
Machine frames, base plates, mounts, guides and custom parts are manufactured on our 12,000 m² ourselves. Turning, milling, stamping and welding – all under one roof.
Our control systems department handles electrical design, switchgear construction, PLC programming and visualization. Mechanics and electrics work seamlessly together.
In our assembly hall, we assemble your custom machine and perform comprehensive function tests. You can accept the machine with us before it ships.
We deliver the machine to you, commission it and train your staff. CE documentation is of course included.
