Concept and Design

Our engineers develop a machine concept and translate it into 3D CAD. You receive detailed visualization and a quote before manufacturing begins.

In-House Manufacturing

Frames, mounts, guides and custom parts are manufactured on our 12,000 m². Stamped parts, welded constructions and CNC parts are made right here with us.

Control Systems

Our control systems department integrates PLC controls, switchgear and operator interfaces directly into your custom machine. Mechanics and electrics from one hand.

Assembly and Commissioning

We assemble your machine at our site, test it under real conditions and then commission it on location. Including training for your staff.

Service and Spare Parts

After delivery, we're there for you: spare parts, maintenance, optimizations and upgrades for your custom machine.

How long does development take?▼

Simple fixtures we realize in 4–8 weeks. Complex custom machines with control systems need 3–6 months from concept approval to commissioning. We discuss the exact timeline individually with you.

Do you also offer control systems?▼

Yes, we integrate PLC controls, switchgear and operator interfaces directly into your custom machine. Mechanics and electrics from one source – this shortens development time and simplifies communication.

Do you come to us on site?▼
